Deliveries

Pre-order Delivery

All Pre-order deliveries will take 10-14 working days. Usually we deliver within 10 working days in a normal case scenario.

Working days of all countries involved in the process affects the product delivery times. Ex: If a product is sourced from United States and shipment transits via U.A.E to Sri Lanka. The holidays or other events in all 3 involved countries may affect the delivery times.

In-stock Delivery

All In-stock deliveries will take 1-2 Local working days. Most case scenarios 1 working day.

Delayed Deliveries

Unforeseen circumstances may delay both deliveries, Pre-order & In-stock. Circumstances beyond our control such as bad weather, floods, strikes, protests, pandemics, accidents, tragedies etc. may affect delivery times.

Refunds

Pre-order Refunds

Unfortunately, we do not refund any orders once its been processed. Unless;

1. The product was damaged before delivering it to the customer during the importation. We inspect and ensure all products are not damaged before delivering it to the customer.

2. The product is unavailable after placing the pre-order.

In-stock Refunds

Unfortunately we do not refund any in-stock orders but an exchange maybe considered in case by case scenario. Unless the product ordered is unavailable.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/ exchanged. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

Pre-order Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not exchange pre-orders as the products were ordered on customers demand.

In-Stock Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not exchange in-stock products, unless a special case scenario and we must be informed within 3 days of delivery to consider the exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please note the final decision to exchange is in the hands of Brands Central.

Shipping Returns

To return your pre approved exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And will be subject to pay for shipping for the exchanged product.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cancellations

Pre-order cancellation

Unfortunately, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the order is processed.

In-stock cancellation

All in-stock orders can be cancelled before the delivery process is initiated.
