Order Process

Pre-orders

  1. Browse the site and select the products you like to pre-order.
  2. Verify the product availability via whatsapp button below pre-order now button before proceeding.
  3. We will verify the availability with our supplier.
  4. Once we verify the availability and confirm with you, please proceed to pre-order immediately, as products may run out of stock. (If you are proceeding at a later time or date, please verify availability again)
  5. Once payment is confirmed we will process the order.
  6. Once shipment received in Sri Lanka, all products will be inspected for damages before delivery, incase of damages, we will inform you for further action (refund or re-import)
  7. Initiate delivery process.

In-stock Orders

  1. Browse the site and select the products with the label “IN STOCK” you like to order.
  2. Add to cart and proceed for payments.
  3. Once payment is confirmed we will process the order and initiate delivery process.
